DBE TECHNOLOGY was set up with the objective of concentrating and developing further the extensive know-how of its parent company, DBE, in an independent unit and making this expertise available to customers in domestic and foreign markets.DBE, the German Service Company for the Construction and Operation of Waste Repositories, a privately owned corporation, has been the prime contractor for planning, exploration, construction, and operation of the federal radioactive waste repositories since more than 20 years. Its tasks cover all engineering and operational aspects of repository development and include the entrepreneurial handling of three major projects. In its work, DBE resorts to the latest scientific and technical know-how in geosciences, mining and nuclear technology, and from a variety of fields of advanced engineering.
